Brendan Marinelli, NASM-CPT
Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Brendan has dedicated his life to pursuing his passion for health and fitness. He intends to serve, guide, and support individuals who are on their quest to achieve what peak performance means to them.
After earning his Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology with a minor in Personal Training, he began blending his love for living a healthy lifestyle with assisting those in need of enhancing the quality of their lives. After earning his Master's in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, Brendan took on a job as an Exercise Physiologist working in the memory care unit treating individuals who have experienced neuromuscular disease, stroke, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson’s conditions, creating an Ageless Athletes program for patients to feel nostalgic while staying physically fit.
Brendan is currently the Longevity Fitness Manager, conducting high-level fitness classes, small group training, personal training, and robust program design for residents attending Broadview at Purchase College. In his personal life, you will find him hiking, traveling with his wife, at the ice hockey rink coaching and mentoring the next generation of students, running the New York City Marathon, pursuing a black belt in martial arts, competing in Ironman & Ultraman competitions, and helping others reach their full potential.
